Answers to FAQs

• Please note that you will not receive a tracking number until your order is complete and ready to be shipped. Once your order is complete you WILL receive your tracking number. Your patience is appreciated.
• Processing time and shipping time are not the same. Ex: If you order express shipping, the processing time is still the same.
