XS/S: Waist 25-29in

M/L: Waist 30-37in  

XL: Waist 38-42in   

XXL: Waist 42-47in 

Leave a note with your measurements if you don't see yours listed.

Take a measuring tape and measure the full circumference aka full circle around where you would like your waist. Use any string and measure with measuring tape. 

Cut or hold the place where the ends of your measuring string meet and then place next to a ruler to record the length in inches. Please be sure to double check.
