XS/S: Waist 25-29in Thigh 19-24in

M/L: Waist 30-37in   Thigh 25-31in

XL: Waist 38-42in    Thigh 32-37in

XXL: Waist 42-47in  Thigh 38-42in

Leave a note with your measurements if you don't see yours listed.

Take a measuring tape and measure the full circumference aka full circle around where you would like your waist and thigh jewelry to be placed. Use any string and measure with measuring tape. 

Cut or hold the place where the ends of your measuring string meet and then place next to a ruler to record the length in inches. Please be sure to double check.
