HOW TO CHOOSE YOUR SIZE

Because every body is unique, we use standard size brackets paired with a built-in 3.5-inch chain extender. This ensures your waistbeads give you a comfortable, flexible fit whether you're standing, sitting, or bloating throughout the day!

STEP 1: MEASURE YOUR BODY

1. Grab a soft fabric or vinyl measuring tape.

2. Choose where you want your beads to sit:

 High Waist: Above your navel at the smallest part of your waist.

 Mid Waist: Directly over or right below your belly button.

 Low Waist/Hips: Low across your hips where low-rise jeans sit.

3. Take your measurement: Stand up straight, breathe out naturally (don't pull the tape too tight or suck in your stomach), and write down your size in inches.

STEP 2: FIND YOUR SIZE MATCH

Match your inch measurement to the size guide below. If your measurement is near the top end of a range, don't worry—the 3.5" extender chain gives you plenty of extra room to loosen or tighten as needed!

 26" – 29"  --->  S (Small)

 30" – 33"  --->  M (Medium)

 34" – 37"  --->  L (Large)

 38" – 41"  --->  XL (X-Large)

 42" – 45"  --->  2XL (2X-Large)

 46" – 50"  --->  3XL (3X-Large)
