Sizing Instructions:

Take a measuring tape and measure the full circumference aka full circle around your thigh. Use any string and measure with measuring tape.

Cut or hold the place where the ends of your measuring string meet and then place next to a ruler to record the length in inches. Please be sure to double check.

*Please do not add or remove length to the measurement to ensure proper fit.
